Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Cole has always searched for the answers when it comes to the human body. Never satisfied with the typical answers of “it’s pain, take this” or “It’s genetics, we don’t know the cause”. After going down a multitude of paths, including exercise and nutrition, he finally found a science that can reason logically as to why things occur in the body. Cole is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, a 4 year program that produces some of Canada's best manual osteopathic practitioners. He is currently the Director of Clinical operations at the CAO, teaching the next generation of Manual Osteopathic Practitioners.
When he is not working, he is usually playing a variety of sports, exploring local farmers markets or spending leisure time with friends and family.

Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
A born and raised Calgarian, Mack’s passion for human movement and performance began on the ice and on the slopes, playing hockey and skiing. His active lifestyle led him to complete a bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia, and into a career in fitness and gym management. When a referral to an osteopathic manual practitioner provided him with the first relief in years for some persistent sport injuries, his curiosity, drive to continue learning, and commitment to helping people drove Mack to investigate that path for himself.
Having graduated from the four-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences, Mack is committed to helping his patients meet their goals, whether that be living pain-free or improving athletic performance. He believes in a holistic approach to health, and is motivated by finding the root cause of pain or dysfunction to resolve it sustainably.

Brennan has been a manual therapist for nearly 20 years, starting out as a registered massage therapist before branching out into other modalities. He is an advanced Upledger CranioSacral Therapy practitioner with 15 years of experience and most recently completed a 4 year Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO), where he is also currently an intern instructor. He knows firsthand that the body has a tremendous ability to self-heal, as CranioSacral Therapy and manual osteopathy played leading roles in helping him recover after numerous sports injuries, concussions and accidents. He uses his manual therapy skills to address the causes of bodily dysfunction, and thereby help restore patients' mobility, vitality and health. Whatever your unique health challenges are he will show up and be present to support you on your individual path back to wellness.
When Brennan is not in the clinic he also enjoys unwinding in nature, reading a good book, cooking, working on his own personal and spiritual development, and having fun with friends and loved ones.
